Erica has been a Physiotherapist since 2004, predominantly working in the public hospital system as well as private practice and the private hospital setting.
She developed experience working in Hospital in the Home, and Women's Health Physiotherapy for a number of years, gaining her Post Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in 2008. Erica then moved to Bulli Hospital as the Clinical Lead and Supervisor in Aged Care for 15 years. She has significant experience working with older people and their carers with complex care needs, including progressive neurological conditions, dementia, frailty, falls, respiratory care, palliative conditions, and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Erica is busy with her family and spending time on the netball court and cricket field.
