Anne-Marie O’Flynn (Physiotherapist APAM)
Anne-Marie is an experienced and dynamic Physiotherapist who has extensive experience in both Australia and the UK. She graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2005.
Currently she works as the Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist at Wollongong Hospital, treating both adults and paediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries.
As part of her clinical experience, Anne-Marie has worked in two Accident and Emergency departments as a Primary Contact Practitioner, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries. This experience is further enhanced by her time working with Westfield W League teams, Western Sydney Wanderers and Sydney FC. Also, Anne-Marie has worked with the Football NSW under 12s, 13s and 17s State teams, Macarthur Rams Women’s Football Club and Campbelltown Monarch Blues AFL Club. She is a keen touch football player herself and surfs regularly.
The services provided by North Wollongong Physiotherapy are all encompassing. Injury prevention for athletes is something we are particularly passionate about. We offer manual therapy, exercise based therapy, DMA Clinical Pilates, acupuncture and dry needling.
